About this product
This is the couch from the viral unboxing videos. It ships compressed and rolled up in a box, the size of a rolled mattress. You open the box, cut the plastic, and it unrolls and fills out into a full couch in front of you.
There is no frame to screw together and no wood or metal inside, which is why people call it boneless. The body is foam with a pocket spring core, wrapped in soft, wide-ribbed corduroy. The arms are wide and flat, with a cup holder sunk into the top of each one and a pocket on the side for the remote.
Because it travels rolled up, it gets into places a normal couch cannot: third-floor walk-ups, narrow hallways, small apartments and dorms. The 3-seater is 80.7 in wide, the loveseat 61 in and the armchair 43.3 in, all 38.6 in deep and 28.4 in high.

Do I need to assemble anything?
No. There are no legs, frame parts or screws. Lay the roll where you want the couch, cut the outer plastic carefully (no knife deep into the fabric), and it unrolls and expands by itself.
How long until I can sit on it?
It takes its shape within the first hours and you can use it the same day. The foam reaches its full size and firmness in about 72 hours. If a few creases stay in the cover, a handheld steamer smooths them out.
How big is the box, and can one person carry it?
The 3-seater ships in a box of 14.2 x 14.2 x 50.8 in that weighs 83.6 lb, the loveseat 66 lb and the armchair 45 lb. The carrier brings it to your door. For the 3-seater, two people make the stairs easier.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery as long as it is still sealed in its original packaging (you pay the return postage). Once unwrapped, the foam expands and cannot be rolled back into the box, so an opened couch can only be returned if it arrived damaged, defective or wrong. In that case we replace it or refund you in full.
