About us

Sturdy Harbor is a small online shop for practical home goods and seasonal decorations, run by Codext GmbH, a software and e-commerce company in Wolpertshausen, Germany, managed by Daniel Ehrhardt.

What we sell

A short list of products we picked one by one: things that solve an everyday problem at home, plus a few seasonal items like our Christmas trees. Every product page lists the real size, materials and what is in the box. If a detail is not in the supplier's specification, we do not claim it.

Where your order comes from

We do not keep a warehouse of our own. Your order is packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner from warehouses inside the United States, so there are no customs fees and no international shipping. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. Shipping times are on our shipping page.

If something goes wrong

Broken, wrong or lost items are refunded or replaced, and you do not have to send anything back. You can also return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. The Boneless Couch has a 30-day home trial: you get the full price back even after unboxing. The details are in our refund policy.

Who you are talking to

Emails to [email protected] are answered by our own team, not a call center, within 24 hours.
